  • Can I return an item?

If you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return it, we would be happy to credit back to you or refund within 30 days of the shipping date. Returned items must be unworn and in new condition. Items not in original new condition will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

* Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.


All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Shipping cost associated with sending your refund back will be the responsibility of the customer.

  • I received a broken item, what do I do?

We do hand make and hand check each piece of jewelry with love and care.  If you do receive a defected item, shoot us an email at clomaofficial@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the item with a photo and we will do our best to resolve the situation on a case by case basis. However, we don't refund the broken item due to personal careless wearing problems.​

  • How do I take care of my Jewelry?

To prolong life of your jewelry, avoid wearing it while exercising, bathing, and in pool/spa. It's best to avoid contact with water and lotions.


  • What are the pieces made of?

The materials of specific pieces are all in the item description. All our jewelry are made from high quality materials. Most pieces are plated metal on 92.5 Sterling Silver or Brass. All earrings needles are made from 92.5 Sterling Silver.

All handmade products are made by gold filled. It is a quality material that is common in all types of jewelry. The product is easy to care for and will usually maintain its golden shine for a lifetime. 

  • Nature Pearls   

Most of our pearls are nature pearls, they can not be in 100% round shape. May contains scratched due to nature conditions.
